Amanda + Edgar Dreamy Engagement Shoot
During the week of our photoshoot Amanda and I had a quick connection call to discuss what styles we wanted to go for during our weekend shoot. We initially were thinking beach since I tend to shoot in Orange County frequently and LOVE the ocean so much. But after talking, it didn’t feel like it was quite right for this couple. Amanda told me she wanted something different and had connections with a venue and horses, so I obviously screamed of excitement inside. Everything she told me she wanted got me more and more excited, so we did it all. Beautiful garden venue, horses and a vintage car during sunset. What more can you ask for?!

So if any of you know me and Levi, then you know we have been together forever! And we finally tied the knot. We have the most amazing and spectacular - India Earl capture our special day and wow, the sneak peaks she has sent us are amazing. Hope you enjoy!
Family Sessions - 2022
Hello lovely people. Sorry I have been a little MIA this year. Working on the rebrand, maintaining shoots and planning a wedding has definitely taken a tole… HOWEVER.. I am so excited to be back on track. With the end of the year coming up, it is time for that family session up-tick!
Now, it is no secret that I primarily shoot wedding/elopements/engagement/love sessions. But, I have been taking on family sessions in a completely different way. No posing, no forced smiles, no problem.
Yes, you read that right… no posing. The goal of these sessions is to capture the candid, authentic little moments you have playing with those kiddos.. showing affection to your partner.. and capturing the love that surrounds your family.
I love taking these photos at the beach or in the back yard. These are places where the kids can be kids and we can capture the fun little moments of them enjoying natures playground. 2022 is booking up. Can’t wait to capture the next little moments!
So we have some news…
If you haven’t seen a million Instagram posts already.. Levi and I have some news…. WE ARE ENGAGED!
Yep! It finally happened. We were on a fun weekend get away in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico. After getting to our hotel he wanted to go walk around so obviously we went to the beach. He kept pointing for me to look at some thing and next thing I knew I turned around and he was on one knee.
So what does this mean? To all of my former and current brides, I need your help LOL. Although we are so excited we don’t even know where to start. You think being a vendor in this industry for so many years I would have all of my ideas locked in, however I find it to be a lot more difficult to narrow down my ideas. I feel like I’ve seen so many different kinds of weddings and so many cool ideas that my brain is overwhelmed.
Wedding planning aside, we are so excited to start our lives together. And are having so much fun bouncing cool ideas off of each other! Also tell me Levi did not do an amazing job with the ring. 2022
Hey everyone! I’ve been a little MIA lately, but am really excited to get into the swing of things. Levi and I wanted to start the year off right, so we took a little trip to Catalina to kick off 2022!
We had the best time walking around and getting a little change of scenery. But now that we are back.. I am so beyond stoked to get some more 2022 wedding/ elopement/ engagement/ family sessions booked!
We LOVE Catalina Island and think it would be so much fun to go back and take some fun photos with a mini weekend getaway. Who’s with me?
Spooky Season
Did you know Halloween is my favorite holiday?! Every year I beg Levi to do a fun spooky shoot.. and he usually says no.. BUT.. this year., everything changed. We decided to run around as ghosts and had the best time doing it.
I know it’s hard to tell (since you cant see our faces), but we had a blast taking these. If you are into holiday themed shoots.. Halloween specifically.. this was the easiest session ever.. and highly recommend buying some white sheets and running around town for and fun themed shoot.
Flower Power
Hi bride babes! Lets talk flowers. A lot of client ask about special details that can help make an elopement shoot or a wedding shoot magical.. and although there a many important factors like location, outfits, hair and makeup.. my favorite additions are flowers.
Last weekend, I was lucky enough to work with Allie on a styled shoot to show off her amazing talent. We played with natural colors and various details to capture and epic sunset with so soft and bouncy florals. Although it’s no secret that the flower industry is taking a hit with a major floral deficit, seeing how creative she was with these circumstances was absolutely amazing.

Joshua Tree Acres
This past weekend, Levi and I decided to have a little get away in one of my favorite places in Southern California. Yes.. you guessed it.. Joshua Tree. This weekend we did something a little different. Instead of exploring the park and visiting all of our favorite coffee shops, we put the phones away, ignored all of our work calls and listened to the silence. And let me tell you.. it was MUCH needed.
Since we were looking for a mental break to get away from all of the craziness.. we decided to stay at Joshua Tree Acres. It was the perfect place to be in nature, rest and enjoy each others company. We were able to watch the sun rise, sit in our hammocks and watch little jackrabbits run around the yard.
